Responsible to coordinate the wholesale order requests that come in through our online channels.

This role is critical in supporting the e-commerce team by managing customer inquiries, driving sales conversions, and ensuring order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, in English and Arabic, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales or Customer service is essential

• Experience with selling online through Whatsapp
• Well experienced with using Tiktok
• Arabic speaker, french is a plus
• Basic photography skills is a plus
