Brand Operations Associate

Job Brief: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated applicant to join the team. This role will focus on driving the sales of AIB products while closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth brand onboarding and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Onboarding & Coordination:
   1. Work closely with new and existing brands to facilitate onboarding, ensuring alignment with legal, finance, marketing, and category managers.
   2. Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for new brand integration.
2. Marketing & Promotions:
   1. Coordinate marketing initiatives, including creative assets, launch events, and retail competitions.
   2. Collaborate with brands to execute promotional activities that drive brand visibility and sales.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Support:
   1. Act as the primary point of contact for brands, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups for various deliverables.
   2. Gather and provide essential data, including sales performance, stock levels, training materials, and product line extensions.
4. Tracking & Reporting:
   1. Maintain and regularly update trackers for: New brand onboarding, Existing brand performance, Regulatory compliance, Agreements and contracts, Marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. MBA is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications like Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
