Responsibilities: - Manage the full spectrum of accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. - Prepare and review financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and construction industry standards. - Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings. - Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize working capital to support project demands. - Implement and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the construction sector. - Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, taxation, and construction industry financial practices. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and ethical approach to financial management.
