What you'll do:

As part of the Heroes team, you will promote a positive work environment and foster strong relationships between employees and management. The role involves overseeing and managing Fleetco's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also resolve payroll issues, conduct audits, and handle daily payroll activities.

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Review payroll data for accuracy, including attendance, deductions, benefits, and reversals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update payroll records with accurate documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits, deductions, and compensation adjustments.
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and compliance.
  • Conduct internal and statutory payroll audits.
  • Process leave accruals, advances, and other payroll adjustments timely.
  • Stay updated on labor law changes and payroll best practices.
  • Support payroll projects and process improvements as needed.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Payroll certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of end-to-end payroll administration experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
  • Data analysis skills.
