Role Summary

The Business Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations across Anderson Global’s business units within the region, ensuring that performance targets, workflows, and strategic priorities are executed effectively. The role focuses on improving business processes, overseeing delivery, and driving operational consistency across functions and jurisdictions. You will work closely with local leadership, support scale-up efforts, and implement solutions that support profitable growth. Occasional regional travel is part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead performance tracking and reporting against operational KPIs.
  • Drive standard processes and systems across business units.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues and process gaps.
  • Support local MDs in execution and performance improvement.
  • Oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, and IT for operational alignment.
  • Build routines that support scale, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in operations, business management, or consulting.
  • Background in scaling businesses or working in international environments.
  • Strong skills in process optimization, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
  • Able to lead teams and initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
