Role Requirements:

Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews

Proven experience as a General Manager in an independent fine dining restaurant in Dubai

Extensive P&L management and strong financial acumen

Solid pre-opening experience confident in setting up systems, recruiting, and launching new venues

Natural leader with excellent people management and team-building skills

Focused on guest experience, operational efficiency, and service excellence

Strong understanding of licensing, compliance, and health & safety regulations

Ability to work closely with owners and align with the brand s vision
