What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you would assist in managing daily activities and services across all hotel food and beverage operations (kitchens, restaurants, banquets, lounges, room service, coffee shops, etc.) to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality, inventory, reservations, occupancy, budgeting, marketing, reporting, and staff management.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation, monitor costs and portions.
  • Support team member performance development, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Greet guests, respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
