Job description

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in procurement and project management? Our client in the aviation and maritime sector is looking for a skilled professional to oversee project execution, streamline procurement processes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: • Work alongside project managers and cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure project milestones are met. • Manage project documentation, schedules, task lists, and risk mitigation plans. Procurement: • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. • Manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and compliance with internal policies. Order & Delivery Management: • Oversee order lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with project specifications. • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to avoid delays. Reporting & Communication: • Generate project and procurement reports, flag performance issues, and recommend improvements. • Serve as the central communication point for internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and project coordination—experience in the aviation or maritime sector is preferred. • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. • If you are detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about coordinating projects from start to finish—this opportunity is for you!
