Job Purpose:

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Executive to spearhead ELR & Costa Coffee UAE’s marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and revenue growth through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, supporting the brand’s long-term objectives and working in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Group Head of Marketing.
Lead the coordination and execution of product launches and promotional activities, ensuring effective campaign delivery and brand alignment and enhancing consumer engagement and brand appeal.
Manage and execute the marketing promotional calendar, ensuring the production and distribution of high-quality marketing materials and effective event activations.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including content management for websites and social media platforms, and liaise with agencies for promotional opportunities.

Required Qualification and Experience:

A degree in Marketing or a related field, providing a solid theoretical foundation for practical application.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, demonstrating a track record of successful strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and a strong understanding of contemporary marketing techniques.
Exceptional collaboration skills and a proven ability to solve problems creatively and professionally.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experienced in supplier management, particularly with agencies and printers, showcasing effective external collaboration skills.
