Position Summary

The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations of a luxury furniture showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance. This role includes team leadership, showroom presentation, inventory control, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a high-end, well-organized, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product display.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products to assist customers and train staff.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage post-sale support.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and showroom events.

Requirements
