Job Description

As the Skills Development Partner - Business & Career Development Skills your role will be to provide strategic support to the business through the development and delivery of future-focused business and career development learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Strategic Business Partners, and Stakeholders in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs.
  • Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Digital Experience Production team to seek digital integration in new and revised solution output.
  • Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standard as set out by Learning Experience Standards.
  • Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
  • Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths.
  • Create and promote social learning solutions and advocate a learning culture in the Group.
  • Apply high Impact Evaluation guidelines in consistently mapping impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
  • Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen.
  • Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.

Specific to Language Skills Training:

  • Design and deliver EFL curriculum aligned to Business and Emiratisation strategy requirements
  • Design and administer EFL assessment tools in support of EK Group recruitment

To be considered for this role, you must meet the the below requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor s degree, preferably in a related field

Specific to Language Skills Training:

  • DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a people development or training role, with specific expertise in English as a Foreign Language (EFL).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering Business EFL curricula, as well as the administration and analysis of EFL assessments.
  • Strong track record in the facilitation of strategically aligned learning solutions, particularly in the area of language skills training.
