We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Arabic-Speaking Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences for our lifestyle dining division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online system (SevenRooms) in Arabic and English.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate booking of reservations for our restaurants and events.
  • Assist in managing guest expectations and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information on dining options, availability, and special requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date reservation records and track changes to bookings.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Handle special requests, dietary preferences, and VIP reservations with attention to detail.
  • Support with guest follow-ups and confirmations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role within hospitality or upscale dining venues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic speaker will be highly preferred
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with SevenRooms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
