Job Purpose
We are seeking a Product Manager – Data & Marketing Technology to lead the development and growth of our data-driven marketing technology products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that enable marketers to leverage data for personalization, audience segmentation, attribution, and performance optimization
This role will focus on building a scalable, secure, and high-performance marketing technology data ecosystem
As the owner of the entire marketing technology platform, you will work cross-functionally with data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and business teams to ensure data is efficiently ingested, processed, stored, and activated for various use cases. You will drive data governance, reliability, and scalability, ensuring the platform meets business and compliance needs
This role requires exceptional communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders across various departments and the ability to adapt off-the-shelf products to meet our unique business needs. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences using data is essential
Essential Duties
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for data marketing technology products, aligning with business goals and customer needs
- Drive adoption of modern MarTech data architectures including data lakehouse, streaming data pipelines, and real-time analytics
- Define KPIs and use analytics to measure product success, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvements
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities
Marketing Data Platform Development & Optimization
- Build and enhance integrations with major platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, DMPs, DSPs, Google Analytics, Meta, and other MarTech/AdTech tools
- Ensure product compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant customer data protection laws in the region
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable solutions for audience segmentation, personalization, attribution modeling, and data integrations
- Work with data engineers and architects to implement best practices in ETL/ELT, schema design, and data quality
Stakeholder Collaboration, Communication & Business Enablement
- Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, BI, marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure seamless data availability to drive adoption and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with business teams to enable data activation and availability via Hightouch, CRM integrations, and omnichannel customer engagement platforms
- Ability to prioritize, manage tight timelines, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Skills / Knowledge
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing (Snowflake) and data lake solutions (Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Iceberg)
- Strong understanding of data engineering pipelines, ETL/ELT, and real-time streaming (Kafka, Flink, Spark, Databricks)
- Hands-on experience with data governance tools, data catalogs, and lineage tracking (Coalesce, Atlan, Alation)
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (Databricks, MLflow, Feature Stores, AutoML) and their data dependencies
- Strong experience in SQL, Python, and cloud-native data processing
- Ability to bridge technical and business requirements, working cross-functionally across multiple teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDP), omnichannel marketing, and data activation tools
- Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and real-time AI model deployment
- Certifications in Cloud Data Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
