Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting To: General Manager / Managing Director

Department: Operations

Job Purpose

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and improving day-to-day operations across maintenance, fit-out, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services. The role includes overseeing project execution, supervising teams, and ensuring accurate quoting and cost control across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across MEP, maintenance, and fit-out projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage manpower and resource allocation.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for maintenance and project works.
• Evaluate material take-offs and supplier/subcontractor pricing.
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise site teams, technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Conduct site assessments and client meetings to define scope and pricing.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Implement operational processes and ensure compliance with MEP standards and local regulations.
• Provide regular reporting on operational KPIs, cost performance, and project progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the MEP or FM industry.
• Proven experience in project costing, quoting, and tender preparation.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building services, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and project management tools.
• UAE driving license required.
