Our Client, an iconic and premium mineral water brand, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead, develop and execute market strategy, establishing distribution partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the go-to-market and commercial strategy in UAE & KSA.
- Build a robust, efficient distribution model across all key channel.
- Drive achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, secure product listings with major retail and HoReCa partners.
- Oversee in-store execution, trade marketing, and POS deployment to ensure brand visibility and quality.
- Collaborate with importers to manage stock, forecasting, and order fulfillment.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
- Support distributor sales teams through training and performance monitoring.
Critical Capabilities:
- Strong background in sales, business development, and route-to-market (RTM) strategy.
- Deep experience building and managing FMCG distribution networks.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with distributors and key accounts.
- Solid understanding of trade marketing and in-market execution.
- Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven commercial decisions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; proactive and results-oriented.
Experience:
- 7+ years in FMCG sales or distribution, ideally within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Proven track record of building distribution from scratch and launching new products or brands.
- Demonstrated success in RTM strategy and market expansion, especially in UAE and KSA.
- Experience working across multiple markets and with cross-functional teams.
