What you'll do:

Join a team of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working professionals. With a young, ambitious, and talented team, you'll contribute to major initiatives.

  • Manage and support delivery associates through scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure daily rider login levels meet demand at the hub.
  • Monitor logistics quality, collaborate with the order management team to reduce delays, and enhance on-time delivery.
  • Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify operational improvements via planning, problem-solving, and data analysis.
  • Monitor rider performance, provide coaching, and support low performers.
  • Reduce cancellations and denials by tracking trends and implementing changes.
  • Maintain fleet hygiene and quality standards to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Foster positive relationships with delivery associates to improve morale and retention.
  • Measure, track, and report on department KPIs and activities.
  • Analyze data to evaluate results and implement solutions.
  • Develop constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and report on ad hoc reports daily.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics & Inventory Management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of transportation systems within the local context.
  • Experience managing truckloads, line haul updates, and small parcel carriers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
