Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Build understanding and drive requirements across CCM&B for tracking, measurement, and reporting. Identify gaps and collaborate with teams to enhance marketing analytics knowledge and benefits.
- Develop roadmaps for Digital Marketing support, identifying opportunities and setting implementation timelines.
- Establish relationships with third parties, partners, and technology platforms to source performance data, ensuring KPIs are trackable for optimization and strategy development.
- Create documentation for measurement frameworks, KPI development, and reporting for internal reference.
- Oversee creation of automated dashboards, reports, and scorecards. Develop training programs for CCM&B teams.
- Design predictive and forecasting models to aid marketing planning and investment decisions, working with internal and external teams to gather necessary data.
- Stay updated on analytics developments, introducing new ideas and measurement models to keep CCM&B current.
- Address data quality issues by collaborating with various teams to ensure data usability and integrity.
- Develop and mentor Marketing Analytics Specialists, fostering continuous learning and skill development aligned with industry changes.
- Ensure compliance with Emirates Group privacy principles, working with Data Privacy Network Liaison to safeguard personal data.
Qualifications
To be considered, you must:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree (12+3 or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics within a global organization.
- Possess strong knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing, with experience on platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Sitecore.
- Be proficient in data analysis to evaluate UX effectiveness, interpret results, and provide actionable insights.
- Be capable of analyzing test variants and identifying pitfalls to optimize user experiences.
- Have experience collaborating across digital product, design, technical, and business teams to achieve project goals.
- Possess good program management skills to oversee multiple projects.
- Have a deep understanding of performance-driven digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Email, and Display Marketing.
- Be highly skilled in Google Analytics tracking and reporting, including conversion tracking, goals, and segmentation.
