Principal Consultant for Ayla - Enterprise Architecture Consultancy Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform as Senior Business Analyst in enterprise architecture engagements with international clients.
2. Lead end-to-end business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty systems, and mobile/web guest experience platforms.
3. Gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders including operations, marketing, sales, and IT teams.
4. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), and root cause analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities.
5. Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features.
6. Support system implementation, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple hospitality systems.
7. Define and monitor KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
8. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
9. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
10. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
11. Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
12. Produce high-quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO-level stakeholders.
13. Demonstrate strong domain expertise in hospitality industry operations.
14. Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
15. Good to have: Spanish / Arabic language skills.
