JOB TITLE

Stock Associate | MAF Lifestyle | Operations

ROLE SUMMARY

The Stock Associate will support the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle by maintaining stock levels according to business requirements, receiving deliveries, and ensuring the stockroom is organized, tidy, and compliant with internal systems and processes.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the setup and maintenance of the shop floor, offices, stock rooms, and other store areas.
• Assemble products following the brand instruction manual and report any manufacturing defects.
• Attach barcodes to each product in accordance with company and brand guidelines.
• Verify all stock received from warehouses/stores, report discrepancies and defects to the manager.
• Regularly check the stockroom and report stock not displayed on the shop floor to VM and management.
• Perform daily floor walks and replenish stock as directed by VM and operations.
• Assist with store activities such as promotions, mid-season sales, and end-of-season sales as required.
• Report and label damaged stock and place it in the designated area.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of industry experience.
• Excellent to fluent in English.
• Knowledge of RFID systems.
