Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:

• Implementation and support experience in Global Human Resources, including:
• UAE Payroll
• Absence Management
• Goal Management
• Performance Management
• Must have exposure to page customization using Sandbox Redwood pages.
• Approval workflow management through transaction console.
• BPM knowledge and data migration using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract.
• Integration skills, including OIC integrations with VBCS and PCS.
• Development and customization of BIP and OTBI reports and dashboards.
• Upgrade and implementation experience.
• Ability to work on all project phases, including project preview, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Design and development of new fields and pages to support automation within the department.
