Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager Direct Sales

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager in direct sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue through direct client engagement and sales of our luxury property portfolio. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring excellent client service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute direct sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
  • Negotiate deals, prepare sales agreements, and follow up until closing
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat or referral business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience from inquiry to handover
  • Update and manage client information in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to support sales campaigns and promotions
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalates when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, developer sales, mortgage, life insurance, or timeshare
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
