- Develop and implement the cluster’s PR strategy in line with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Identify key stories and opportunities to promote the hotels across luxury, lifestyle, business, and leisure segments.
- Write and distribute press content including press releases, media kits, media alert, listings, speeches, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media, influencers, and content creators.
- Identify and establish partnerships with like-minded brands to enhance brand visibility and create unique storytelling opportunities.
- Develop and implement crisis management strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Plan and oversee PR events, press conferences, and media tours to maximize brand exposure in local and international market.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to source and craft compelling content around guest experiences, culinary innovations, and community engagement.
- Support internal communication efforts, ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging. Ensure consistent messaging across all public communications, aligning with brand values and business objectives.
- Monitor and track media coverage, sentiment, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the corporate PR teams of all three hotel brands to ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and brand positioning.
- Proactively identify relevant award opportunities and submit nominations for hotels, restaurants, spas, events, and leadership teams.
- Maintain a calendar of key awards, deadlines, and results, and track success for internal reporting.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports to evaluate success and areas of opportunity.
