– Prepare and manage property transfers procedures from preparing the MOU, ROI, and Additional terms related to the MOU, verifying Agents to Agents Agreements, Seller and buyer payment acknowledgment letters, application of pre-title / title deeds, NOCs for the transfer’s, reviewing the manager’s cheques before the transfer, sign the transfer documents, prepare a final clearance letter report to be signed by the seller and keep a record of documents with E-copy and a hard copy after each successful transfer.

Responsibilities

– Act as the point of contact between the Seller/POA and Internal/external clients.

– Manage all secondary sales property transfers and documents related to the transfers on behalf of the company.

– Manage VIP Investors registered emails, and Emaar One Apps access to be updated with the latest SOAs, payments, and receipts-related documents, coordinate with investors’ representatives for payments and receipts, and raise the requests for queries from the CEO or the investors.

– Liaise with Developers about the Oqood, SPA, Pre-title deed, Title deeds, and SOAs needed.

– Manage, record, and analyze payments of late payment fees, title deed charges, and NOC charges for the properties in the inventory and the properties transferred successfully.

Requirement

– Prepare property management contracts for the landlords.

– Prepare the tracker sheet for the PMCs.

– Manage & update the documents related to the PMCs and handover of the properties.

– Coordinate with the finance team for payments invoices and receipts related to the PMC agreements and handover-related properties.

– Attend and manage the handover of the property from the tenants vacating the units and the handover from Emaar on behalf of the landlords, supervise the provide genuine feedback after each handover of the property with the handover checklists, keys handover letters, snagging & inspection feedback report.
