Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site-Based Landscape Engineer to oversee and manage landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the construction and installation of landscape projects.
2. Conduct site analysis and review contractors' design elements.
3. Review detailed construction documentation and specifications.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.
5. Oversee all stages of landscape projects from initial planning to final installation.
6. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
7. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
9. Conduct quality assurance checks and address any issues that arise during construction.
10. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
11. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns.
12. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
13. Ensure the use of sustainable practices and green building standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture/Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscape construction and project management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Sound knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication, managerial, and problem-solving skills.
