We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Marine Scientist at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

GHD’s Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders and technical specialists. Over two years, our graduates work on diverse projects in Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and internationally. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, and teams, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills. We provide mentoring, diverse project exposure, and support towards chartered status.

Based in Abu Dhabi / Dubai

You will work on various projects, applying your skills in different environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge grows.
