Job description

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts. This individual will oversee all performance channels—Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, and Lead Generation—ensuring ROI-focused execution aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in Dubai's competitive real estate landscape and has a proven track record of building, managing, and mentoring high-performance teams. They must be a strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of working cross-functionally with creative, tech, and sales teams to deliver exceptional growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
  2. Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CAC, and lead-to-close ratios.
  3. Manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team of media buyers, analysts, and coordinators.
  4. Collaborate closely with MarTech, Content, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure full-funnel performance.
  5. Oversee budget planning, pacing, and forecasting with weekly and monthly reporting dashboards.
  6. Analyze and interpret campaign data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  7. Own the marketing attribution model, optimizing for multi-touch journeys.
  8. Identify and test new channels, tools, and trends to stay ahead of industry changes.
  9. Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data flow across ad platforms and analytics tools.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in Dubai's real estate industry.
  2. Proven leadership of performance marketing teams with hands-on campaign management experience.
  3. Deep understanding of real estate buyer journeys and developer ecosystems in Dubai.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads.
  5. Experience managing monthly media budgets of AED 1M+ with high accountability.
  6. Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance measurement skills.
  7. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).

Good to Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with MarTech and automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom dashboards.
  • Background in building or optimizing YouTube ad strategies or video funnels.
  • Exposure to SEO, CRO, or organic growth strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Growth Marketing programs.
  • Experience launching performance campaigns for luxury or off-plan real estate.
  • Experience working closely with creative or production teams to ensure ad-message fit.
