Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Off Plan Broker, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Off Plan Broker will be responsible for managing and promoting off-plan real estate investments, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, providing property consultations, and facilitating transactions. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of off-plan real estate investments and property sales
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Effective market research and property consultation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and facilitate transactions
  • Experience in residential and commercial property management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other related tools
