Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Act as a system administrator for Salesforce and Learning Management Platforms.
- Develop automation processes for data mining and analysis to generate key insights for leadership, such as improving automatic MIS reporting, incentive calculations, and customer classification.
- Collaborate with the sales force to create mapping and supporting processes aligned with territory definitions, segmentation, and targeting programs.
- Monitor activities, in-field KPIs, sales, and leads; identify neglected contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Promote the effective use of Salesforce and other digital platforms through ongoing training and education.
- Ensure data integrity via regular review and cleaning.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Operate in accordance with compliance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
- Strategic thinking with an enterprise perspective.
- Ability to influence without authority and adopt a consultative approach.
- Strong data management and analytics skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Understanding of sales activities and customer relationship management.
- Effective communication and training skills to promote tool usage and compliance.
- Computer science expertise and statistical knowledge.
