Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a system administrator for Salesforce and Learning Management Platforms.
  • Develop automation processes for data mining and analysis to generate key insights for leadership, such as improving automatic MIS reporting, incentive calculations, and customer classification.
  • Collaborate with the sales force to create mapping and supporting processes aligned with territory definitions, segmentation, and targeting programs.
  • Monitor activities, in-field KPIs, sales, and leads; identify neglected contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Promote the effective use of Salesforce and other digital platforms through ongoing training and education.
  • Ensure data integrity via regular review and cleaning.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Operate in accordance with compliance and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
  • Strategic thinking with an enterprise perspective.
  • Ability to influence without authority and adopt a consultative approach.
  • Strong data management and analytics skills.
  • Project management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Understanding of sales activities and customer relationship management.
  • Effective communication and training skills to promote tool usage and compliance.
  • Computer science expertise and statistical knowledge.
