Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and development of road and highway projects using AutoCAD or similar design software.
2. Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to prepare technical drawings and specifications.
3. Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor construction progress.
4. Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis for road and highway projects.
5. Contribute to the preparation of project reports and documentation.
6. Assist in ensuring compliance with local construction standards and regulations.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvements.
8. Support the development and implementation of quality control measures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
