Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on schedule performance.
• Analyze schedule risks, delays, and deviations; recommend recovery plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.
• Interface with offshore planning and execution teams to ensure accurate data integration.
• Participate in progress review meetings and provide planning support for decision-making.
• Support change management, claims analysis, and extension of time evaluations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering
• Minimum 15 years of planning experience in the oil and gas construction industry, including offshore project exposure.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, work breakdown structures (WBS), and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
