- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, user experience-optimized, stable, and performant technology product that continually meets business needs. Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements), and system enablers are considered, captured, and cascaded to team backlogs.
- Participate in Sprint demos at the team level and assist in the preparation of system demos and other involvement across a suite of Demos and Visual Release Notes. Engage in the preparation and delivery of PI demos to stakeholders via Inspect & Adapt workshops to drive increased use and adoption.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the data held in the Product Catalogue for your specific products. Define methodologies for analyzing and responding to target metrics and value post-PI delivery to increase adoption.
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development, and contribute to the TPM peer community for learning, growth, and advancement.
