Assistant Phase Supervisor

Job Recap: Provide pastoral assistance to the division and handle the pupils as well as educators in terms of non-academic features. Offer on-the-ground feedback to the Director on issues emerging from trainees, parents, and staff.

Key Duties:

1. Establish high expectations for students' and educators' behavior, developing and maintaining a good standard of discipline through well-focused area monitoring and positive, productive relationships.
2. Develop a safe environment that supports order in transitional areas (hallways, break areas, etc.) where students feel safe and confident.
3. Join meetings scheduled at the school that relate to curriculum and pastoral arrangements.
4. Manage the regulations of Creative Science Schools and the daily routine concerning staff and student safety and order, including recording all students' lateness and absences before the end of the first period.

Qualifications:

1. 4-Year Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum 2 years teaching experience / supervisory experience in a school
3. Student management background
4. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
5. Preferably with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEC approval for UAE-based candidates
