Job Description

Design Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret client specs, vendor documentation, and scope of work
• Develop engineering inputs: MTO, equipment selection, design drawings, etc.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, ANSI, API, ISO, and ADNOC standards
• Prepare O&M manuals, material requisitions, and internal review documentation
• Guide and monitor drafting/design teams
• Lead all testing & commissioning activities (EDG, UPS, F&G, DCS, etc.)
• Ensure HSE compliance, conduct toolbox talks
• Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning issues
• Prepare test reports, RFIs, punch lists, and track progress
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for successful handover

Desired Candidate Profile

• Oil & gas project experience in UAE / Middle East
• Strong technical documentation and team leadership skills
