We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Architect to join a leading multi-disciplinary studio in Dubai. This role will involve working on prestigious high-rise projects and residential/villa community developments, contributing to the success of our client's leading design studio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate proficiency in handling diverse architectural structures on site.
2. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion.
3. Address and resolve construction issues on site, including design specifications and quality standards.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering their professional development.
5. Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Possess strong technical knowledge in façade and construction techniques.
7. Engage in client and stakeholder interactions with regular and clear communication.
8. Report progress and updates to the Resident Engineer (RE) on site.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on site in the UAE with major developers in the region.
