About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman - Fabrication to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing fabrication projects, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication teams to meet production goals and quality standards
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute fabrication projects
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and schedule work to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines
• Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques, safety procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency
• Manage inventory and order materials as needed to support fabrication projects
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and production logs

What do we need from you

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fabrication industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of successfully managing fabrication projects and teams
• Extensive knowledge of fabrication techniques, processes, and quality control procedures
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and protocols in the fabrication industry
• Proficiency in project management and team leadership
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical degree in fabrication preferred
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, OSHA) are highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication, welding processes, and industrial safety standards
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and production management systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as project demands require
