Architectural Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Check architectural & technical IR's and ensure that completed work is complying with approved shop drawings, materials, samples, and mockups
• Check delivered materials MIR against approved material submittals
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections and checking workmanship and overall quality and ensure compliance with project documents
• Report to RE and Site Architect
• Assist Site Architect in issuing NCN, JSI
• Assist Site Architect in answering RFI's as required
• Assist the Site Architect in reviewing the submittals as required
• Conduct snagging and de-snagging
• Awareness about Authorities standards and regulations
• Check contractor's ongoing activities and ensure compliance with the approved method statement
• Adhere to safety procedures

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 8-12 years of experience.
• Experience in the execution of high-end projects
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong coordination skills
• Great attention to detail.
• Software skills such as AutoCAD, Revit & MS Office
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in architectural elements and finishes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
