Purpose of Role:
This role is responsible for handling inquiries related to slurry pumps and mineral processing products, conducting sales and marketing activities, providing aftermarket support, managing customer relationships, and contributing to business growth within the region. The focus is on achieving company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Execute sales and marketing activities for Weir Minerals (WMI) products in the region.
- Enquiry Handling: Process and manage inquiries related to slurry pumps and other mineral processing products.
- Business Generation: Generate business from the region, aligning with objectives and KPIs.
- Techno-Commercial Discussions: Handle technical and commercial discussions with customers to secure orders.
- Sales Promotion: Conduct promotional activities, including presentations and customer visits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Safety First: Demonstrate a 100% commitment to zero harm behaviours, supporting a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or mining sectors
- Experience in sales or marketing, with exposure to industrial product sales, strong communication, presentation, selling, negotiation skills, and self-motivation
- Knowledge of contract processes, procedures, and systems
- Valid Driver's License
