Physical Agri Trader Dubai

We are working with a well-capitalised international trading house seeking an experienced Physical Agri Trader to join their Dubai office. This is a high-impact role for an entrepreneurial trader who thrives in an autonomous setup, managing the full trade lifecycle from origination to execution across international markets, with a focus on grains, oilseeds, vegoils, or pulses (open depending on network/track record).

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage full-cycle back-to-back physical trades (origination, logistics, execution, P&L)
• Build and expand a network of suppliers and buyers across MENA, Asia, Europe, or Africa
• Identify arbitrage and trading opportunities across relevant markets
• Work closely with in-house operations, risk, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain a strong understanding of market fundamentals and pricing trends

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in physical agri trading (grains, oilseeds, vegoils, pulses or similar)
• Proven P&L track record and active network across origination or destination markets
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation, Incoterms, shipping, and documentation
• Autonomous, self-driven and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced trading environment
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai
