Job description

Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous leadership or management experience in real estate is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire team success
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have a car or driving license
  • Experience in Dubai's real estate industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals; provide guidance, support, and training; monitor performance; organize team meetings; foster a positive team culture.
  2. Client Relations: Ensure excellent customer service; assist in negotiations and closing deals; act as a top-tier negotiator; follow up with clients for repeat business.
  3. Administrative & Operational Duties: Maintain records and documentation; oversee listings, marketing materials, and business documentation.
  4. Training & Development: Assess training needs; provide educational resources; host training sessions on sales tactics, market knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Additional Information:

This position requires a valid driving license and experience in Dubai's real estate market. Applicants should be proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
