Job Title: Assistant Corporate Image Manager

Job Purpose:

The Assistant Corporate Image Manager supports the Corporate Image Manager in maintaining and enhancing the company's corporate image. This role ensures adherence to uniform standards, grooming policies, and departmental guidelines, promoting a consistent and professional brand identity. The position involves assisting in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and team management while developing skills in planning, communication, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with corporate image standards.
  • Implement and maintain uniform policies and grooming guidelines.
  • Support recruitment, training, and team integration.
  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership and the team.
  • Visit the Abu Dhabi location weekly to ensure brand consistency.

Administrative Support

  • Manage the Corporate Image Manager's calendar and meetings.
  • Organize inventory management and procurement.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all administrative tasks.

Team Support and Problem-Solving

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Project Management or Corporate Image Management is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years in operations management, branding, or corporate image roles.
  • Proven experience in team management and project execution.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of corporate image and branding standards.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and communication.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and resource optimization.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory).
