Business Analyst

Contract: 11 Months - Extendable

Requirements:

1. Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFE, PMPO / CSPO, etc.
2. Good exposure to working with multidisciplinary agile teams, including product managers, marketers, finance, creative, analytics, and engineering.
3. Overall, 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital product management or business strategy.
4. 2-3 years of experience in UX wireframing, documenting customer journeys, and collaborating with UI/UX design teams for visual customer journey mapping and experiences.
5. 1-2 years of experience working on projects based on Web Content Management Systems (e.g., Sitecore, AEM, Tridion, Contentful).
6. Knowledge of B2C and B2B markets.
7. At least 2 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment industry.
8. Knowledge and experience with Sitecore CMS-based projects.
