Product Manager
Job description
Product & Inventory Management:
- Manage product lifecycle from introduction to end of life.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize procurement and stock planning.
- Track and analyze sales data & market demand trends for forecasting.
Partner & Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Negotiate pricing incentives and marketing support with partners.
- Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and manage product certifications.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Support the sales team with product training and technical knowledge.
- Drive promotional campaigns, events, and brand awareness in the GCC market.
- Enhance online visibility through website, social media, and blog content.
- Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Define and manage P&L targets for assigned products.
- Analyze pricing models and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
- Track sales performance, margins, and profitability metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in computer engineering.
- 5-7 years in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, and vendor management.
- Experience working with leading printing & AV brands is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
