An AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. You will help customers maximize cloud technology value, craft strategies, and support their AWS adoption across products like EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more.
You will partner with startups and large enterprises, advising on architecture, support strategies, project planning, and operational issues. You’ll also provide guidance on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management, collaborating with various AWS teams.
As AWS expands in EMEA, you’ll develop technical, consulting, and leadership skills, working with talented cloud technologists and gaining AWS certifications. We offer mentorship and opportunities to grow your expertise.
