The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing small-to-medium business (SMB) clients through direct, door-to-door sales efforts. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target SMB customers for telecom services through door-to-door sales.
- Present and promote telecom products and services, including GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct face-to-face meetings.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and update customer information.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in telecom or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
