Job Title: Customer Care Associate

We are hiring Customer Care Associates for our Dubai operations. If you have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions related to company products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
  • Process and document customer requests and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Assist customers in understanding the products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide support through multiple communication channels including calls, emails, and chat.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluency in Hindi is required.
  • Knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer concerns effectively.
  • Candidates must hold a valid passport.
