Job Description

· Design and oversee civil engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

· Supervise the construction process for projects up to G+4 floors, ensuring all civil engineering works are performed efficiently and meet the required specifications.

· Collaborate with architects and other project stakeholders to ensure that design, quality, and safety standards are adhered to.

· Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications.

· Ensure that all projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet quality standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

· Provide technical advice and support to the project management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, including experience in design and supervision for G+4 floors.

· Proven track record in completing 10 building construction projects, including at least 3 projects classified in the G+3 and G+4 category.

· Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations in the UAE.

· Technical accreditation with a proven ability to work on projects with a minimum area of 12,000 sqm.

· Proficiency in engineering design software and AutoCAD.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
