Job description

What Will Your Day Look Like?

The FP&A Manager is responsible for delivering robust and consistent financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision-making. This role provides both operational and strategic financial guidance during budget preparation and works closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.

In addition to supporting internal reporting, the FP&A Manager delivers ongoing financial insights and actionable recommendations to drive performance. The role also includes managing and optimizing the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) platform to design interactive dashboards, reports, and planning applications by integrating data from various sources.

How Will You Make An Impact?

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

• Lead monthly financial reporting, KPI analysis, and action planning across the business, ensuring clarity around business performance drivers.
• Perform impact assessments of key business decisions on company margins, including volume/mix, gross-to-net, opex, and revenue optimization analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for added financial value and performance improvement.
• Conduct ad hoc financial reviews and analysis to support the leadership team in strategic decision-making.

Financial Operations & Strategic Initiatives

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and standardization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes.
• Support the development and enhancement of FP&A tools, including systems automation, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Provide business and technical support for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, ensuring accurate data integration and effective user experience.
• Gather business requirements, analyze gaps in existing processes, and support implementation of improvements.
• Offer technology consulting and recommendations to close process and system gaps and enhance business intelligence capabilities.

What Would Make You Successful?

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA, ACMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is required.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience handling FP&A.
• Experience working with SAP Analytics solutions is preferred.
• Prior experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a corporate environment.

Functional Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with recognized ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
