• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of program or project management experience
• 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 4+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience in defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
• Prior experience in Amazon Fresh supply chain

The S&OP Program Manager acts as a bridge between business and operations teams, responsible for seamless planning and execution during peak and off-peak periods while maximizing customer and seller experience. This role involves critical decision-making with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, requiring strong program management and data-driven discussion skills. The candidate should have exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills, with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, and Inventory Management.
