Job Mission:

• Ensure execution of quality control activities on purchased goods and availability of relevant documentation, in accordance with purchase order requirements and project procedures/contract, optimizing costs.
• Ensure timely updates of Company Information Tools/Systems with reliable information on quality control and inspection activities (e.g., Inspection Report, Inspection Release Note).
• Coordinate internal Inspectors and/or Inspection Agencies to achieve project goals through cost-effective and result-oriented solutions, following company practices and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project Quality Control requirements and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings, supporting supply chain management.
• Assist in the issuance of Project QC procedures.
• Contribute to finalizing PMC and IDS documentation.
• Support PO Inspection Classification processes.
• Ensure specialist support for vendor quality control document review (ITP and Test Procedures).
• Ensure all necessary documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) is available to inspectors before activities commence.
• Plan and organize PIMs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the attendance of all relevant parties at meetings.
• Manage the inspection notification workflow with clients and third parties in accordance with contractual requirements, ensuring documentation is complete prior to notification.
• Verify conditions after positive test results and ensure timely issuance of inspection reports.
