  1. Coordinate daily office activities between team members and other internal departments

  3. Manage all business correspondence
  4. Greet clients, VIP guests, and visitors
  5. Manage client appointments through bookings and confirmations
  6. Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Desired Skills & Expertise
  1. Minimum SPM / O Level or professional certificate in administration management or equivalent
  2. At least 1 year experience in a receptionist role with computer literacy
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Fluent English; native Arabic and French preferred
  5. Team player with excellent planning and organizational skills
  6. Able to work flexible hours with rotating shifts
  7. Pleasant personality with good problem-solving skills
